Our EN 1492-2 round lifting slings have a seamless tubular construction and a braided tubular cover. This design offers superior protection to the polyester fiber core. This cover helps prevent damage caused by cuts, abrasion, and UV degradation, ensuring the durability and lifespan of the sling.

Slings with a safety factor of 5:1 are normally considered disposable and used for load handling. It is recommended to discard them after single use. The color coding of round slings clearly indicates their safe working load, as detailed in the product specifications.

Inspection and Maintenance Guidelines:

1. Never overload a strap beyond its rated capacity.

4. Never force the strap when the weight is pressing on it.
5. Do not try to repair a damaged belt.
6. Keep tapes away from chemicals, ultraviolet light, and heat sources.
7. Protect the tapes against sharp edges, corners, or abrasive surfaces.
8. Inspect the belt before each use.
9. Always make sure that the correct strap is being used to support the load.
10. Regularly inspect the belts for signs of wear or damage.
