O Endless Chain Sprocket with Double Ring (Grade 80) is designed for high-strength lifting applications in industrial environments. This endless chain stopper, of the strangler type, offers superior lifting capacity, with its working load limit (WLL) influenced by the choking angle. It is compatible with standard crane hooks, making it suitable for a variety of lifting needs.

The endless chain twist Grade 80 demonstrates good versatility in various lifting operations. The advantage of this sling becomes particularly evident when specific connection requirements need to be met. This makes it an ideal choice for safely managing heavy loads during lifting and lowering processes.

Our Grade 80 chains and components are made of alloy steel with heat treatment and comply with the standards ISO1835, ISO3077 e EN818-2, ensuring high strength, durability, and lightness. These slings are designed for rigorous use in heavy lifting tasks.

A chain sprocket usually has a large master panel at the top, a chain shortening hook to adjust the leg length, connected by a chain connection wire. Um clevis hook with automatic lock is connected to the lower end of the chain legs for greater safety.

Chain Sling Models: We offer slings with up to four chain branches, providing multiple connection points and improving control. All of our chain slings are tested with double its nominal WLL, and the chains and components are individually marked for traceability.
