Our Grade 80 double-link endless chain slings are specifically designed for vertical lifting and securing applications, making them ideal for various heavy lifting operations.
Endless chain slings Grade 80 offer significant advantages over traditional single-leg slings, especially when specific lifting and lowering conditions need to be met. They ensure the safe handling of challenging and potentially bulky loads in various industrial lifting processes.
Our chains and components are made of heat-treated alloy steel and comply with international standards, including ISO1835, ISO3077, and EN818-2. These high-strength, durable, and lightweight chains are suitable for demanding lifting tasks. They offer robust performance while maintaining a lower weight, making handling easier.
The chain slings can be configured with up to four chain legs and are equipped with essential safety features. They consist of a large upper master link, shortening devices to adjust the length of the chain legs, chain connectors, and self-locking shackles at the bottom to ensure maximum safety.
All chain slings undergo rigorous proof load tests at 200% of the Working Load Limit (WLL). Each component is clearly marked for traceability, ensuring the highest levels of safety and compliance with industry standards. These chain slings are ideal for overhead lifting and heavy lifting applications.
