Our KBB shackles are curved shackles with a threaded pin, designed for high-performance lashing solutions.

Bow shackles, also known as anchor shackles, are designed with a larger rounded "O" shaped bow. Their shape allows for use in multi-leg sling connections or in applications that require support for side loads.

As cleats with screw offer greater safety due to the combination of threaded pin, nut, and cotter pin. This ensures double protection against accidental loosening of the pin. Suitable for single or multi-leg lashing systems, these shackles provide robust performance in demanding applications.

Screw shackles can be used as an alternative to round pin or threaded pin shackles. They remain secure even under rotation or torque, making them ideal for long-term or semi-permanent installations. The hot-dip galvanized finish increases durability and resistance to harsh environments, ensuring a prolonged service life.

Screw shackles are particularly useful in tie-down scenarios where the pin is expected to rotate. Tightening the nut and using the cotter pin eliminate the need for frequent retightening, making them ideal for lifting operations with loads subject to movement and, consequently, pin rotation.

Main Features:

• Tempered and tempered manilha made with a high-quality carbon steel bow and one alloy steel pin.
• Hot-dip galvanized manilha arch with yellow painted pin (other colors available on request).
• Meets or exceeds ASME B30.26-2004 and RR-C-271D standards.
• Test load: 2 times the Limite de Carga de Trabalho (WLL).
• Minimum breaking load:
  • 4 times the WLL for shackles rated from 200 to 400 tons.
  • 5.4 times the WLL for shackles rated from 30 to 175 tons.
