Important Usage Guidelines

Although synthetic slings offer many advantages, they are more susceptible to damage from cuts, tears, abrasion, high temperatures, and UV degradation compared to wire rope or chain slings. Regular inspection is essential to ensure safety and extend the sling's lifespan. Follow these basic guidelines to properly care for your slings:

1. Never exceed the rated capacity.
2. Avoid dragging slings on abrasive surfaces.
3. Do not twist, shorten, lengthen, or tie knots in the slings.
4. Never remove a sling from under a load that is resting on it.
5. Do not use damaged slings.
6. Store the slings in a safe area, free from chemicals, UV light, or excessive heat.
7. Protect slings from sharp edges, corners, or abrasive surfaces.
8. Inspect the slings before each use.
9. Make sure the correct sling is being used for the task.
10. Always balance the load before lifting.
11. Never use slings at temperatures below -40°C or above 100°C.
12. The elongation under working load must be < 3% and the elongation under breaking load must be < 10%.

Synthetic round slings can be combined with lifting accessories, such as hooks, shackles, or other lifting accessories, to create reliable lifting equipment.
