Product Overview

As Wide Body Shackles da hqlifting have a major arc radius compared to standard anchor shackles, which helps to increase the durability of steel cable slings, reducing wear and allowing the use of lighter steel cables for heavy load lifting. The manilhas are hot-dip galvanized to ensure long-term durability and resistance to harsh environments.

As Wide Body Shackles of hqlifting are high-capacity anchor shackles equipped with safety pin, nut, and cotter pin. The enhanced arc radius significantly increases the lifespan of steel cable slings, making them ideal for heavy lifting applications. The carefully designed crown shape increases load distribution, allowing it to stand out in the most demanding lifting projects.

These manilhas have a workload limit (WLL) ranging from 7 to 1550 metric tons and can be used with steel wire rope slings, high-strength synthetic straps, or round slings.

Product Features

• Increases the sling's resistance by at least 15% and significantly prolongs it the service life of *wire rope slings*.
• Compatible with steel wire rope slings, high-strength synthetic straps, and synthetic round slings.
• All sizes are tempered and annealed for maximum resistance.
• Forged alloy steel shackles de 7 to 300 metric tons.
• Cast alloy steel shackles de 400 to 1550 metric tons.
• Shackles of up to 300 metric tons are tested with double the working load limit.
• Shackles of 400 metric tons or more are tested with 1.33 times the working load limit.
