38mm Two-Legged Steel Wire Rope Sling with Flemish Eyes, Thimbles, Steel Core, and Master Link
Product Description
Our two-leg steel wire rope slings (with steel core) are meticulously designed to offer maximum strength and durability. These strands feature a 6 x 37 (a) + IWRC construction with a tensile strength at break of 1770 MPa. The ends of the steel cable are processed by compression, forming a Flemish eye – bent back and braided back into the body of the cable – to create a secure and durable termination. Although the eye itself is strong, the addition of a sapatilha offers extra reinforcement, making the setup even more robust.
The thimbles of the eyelets are pressed with a ferrule under tons of pressure, ensuring a secure connection. The steel cable passes around the thimble and is then braided back into itself, creating a strong eyelet.
With eyelets with thimbles at both ends, these steel wire rope slings can be used for a variety of applications, such as railings, for attachment to hooks or other accessories.
