32 mm G80 Alloy Steel Chain Slings with Four Legs (Including Master Link and Hooks with Automatic Lock)
Product Overview
Our G80 grade chain slings with four legs are designed for industrial lifting and overhead work, available in various sizes, lengths, and chain accessories. The working load limit (WLL) depends on the sling angle and load symmetry.
All G80 grade chains and components are made of heat-treated alloy steel, meeting ISO1835, ISO3077, and EN818-2 standards. The choice of these materials is due to their high strength, durability, and lightness, ensuring reliability in demanding applications.
Chain sling sets typically include a larger master ring at the top, shortening hooks with shackle-type closures to adjust the length of the legs, and hooks with automatic shackle-type locks at the bottom for added safety. Additionally, each chain leg is connected by a chain connector, providing extra stability during lifting operations.
These slings can be configured with up to four legs, offering multiple connection points for greater control. Shortening hooks can also be added to adjust the length of each chain leg as needed.
Each sling is tested with a load equivalent to twice the WLL to ensure safety and reliability. All chains and components are marked with traceability and suitable for standard crane hooks in general lifting operations.
