Product Overview
Chain slings are designed for various lifting tasks, with configurations that include one-leg slings, two-leg slings, multi-leg slings, and endless slings. Our Grade 80 double-link chain slings feature a design that provides higher load capacity.
Grade 80 chain slings of the ring (or circular) type are ideal for lifting operations where this design offers advantages. When single-leg slings are not suitable, ring (or circular) type chain slings offer greater flexibility, accommodating different connection needs. They ensure the safe handling of heavy loads during lifting and lowering operations.
All Grade 80 chains and accessories are made of alloy steel with heat treatment, in accordance with ISO 1835, ISO 3077, and EN 818-2 standards.
Our chain slings can be configured with up to four legs. Normally, chain slings include:
- Hello master superior
- Shortening hooks for length adjustment
- Current connectors
- Lower automatic locking shackles for greater safety.
All of our chain slings are tested with twice the Working Load Limit (WLL). The chains and components are clearly marked with traceability. It is highly recommended to use these slings for overhead lifting and heavy lifting applications.
