Our Curved Chain Link with Screw is a highly secure and durable lashing solution, suitable for single or multiple branch systems. This shackle is specifically designed for applications that require rotation or are subject to twisting, ensuring greater safety and reliability.
The screw shackles offer greater security with a mechanism of screw, nut, and cotter pin , which prevents accidental loosening. Unlike round pin or threaded pin shackles, screw pin shackles remain locked even under dynamic loads, making them ideal for long-term or semi-permanent installations.
Our shackles are manufactured with a high-quality carbon steel shackle body and one alloy steel pin , both subjected to heat treatment of quenching and tempering for maximum strength.
