Product Description

The lanyard is an essential component that connects the seat belt to an anchorage point. It is designed to absorb most of the force of a fall, thereby reducing the impact on the user in case of a fall.

Product Features

1. High-strength PET fiber: The harness is made of durable PET fiber, capable of withstanding high forces without compromising lightness.
2. Safety hook with double action lock: The end of the energy absorber is equipped with a safety hook with a double-action lock, which can be replaced by a carabiner upon request.
3. Double access design: The double access design allows users to move between anchor points while keeping a hook securely connected. The hook design is suitable for a variety of anchor points.
4. PET shrink wrap: Both tapes are covered with a shrink PET sleeve to prevent the excessive length of the tape from tangling on the user.

Limitations

• Use together: The seat belt and lanyard must be used together as a complete safety set.
• Anchorage height: Make sure the anchor point position is high to minimize the fall distance and impact.
• Energy absorber activation: The energy absorber is only activated when subjected to an impact equivalent to 2kN (approximately 203 kgf). Slow falls or gradual slips may not be sufficient to activate the absorber.
