Product Overview
Our endless chain slings with a simple master link are made of heat-treated grade 80 alloy steel, designed for heavy industrial lifting. The hot-dip galvanizing process increases their strength and durability, making them ideal for various lifting applications. These slings are perfect for use with standard crane hooks and general lifting tasks.
Grade 80 endless chain slings offer superior performance in lifting operations. Compared to single-leg slings, endless chain slings are more advantageous when different connection methods are needed. They ensure the safe handling of potentially heavy loads during lifting and lowering processes.
Our grade 80 chains and components, made of heat-treated alloy steel and compliant with ISO1835, ISO3077, and EN818-2 standards, offer exceptional strength, durability, and lightness. The versatility of these lifting chains allows the connection of up to four chain legs per sling, providing more connection points and greater maneuverability. The set includes a large master ring at the top, shortening hooks with shackles to adjust the length of the chain legs, chain connectors, and hooks with automatic locks and shackles at the bottom for increased safety.
All of our chain slings are subjected to load tests with double the working load limit (WLL). The chains and components are marked for traceability.
