Product Description

Our Arch Shackles with Safety Pin comply with or exceed all standards of ASME B30.26-2004 e RR-C-271D. This shackle was designed with a large, rounded bow to support loads from multiple directions without incurring significant side stresses.

As clevises with threaded pin consist of a threaded pin that passes through the eyes and is firmly tightened. The large, rounded shape allows these shackles to receive loads from all angles while reducing side impact. These shackles are ideal for lines from various branches, load eye bolt connections e accommodation for wider lifting straps, but the CMU must be reduced under lateral load.

A threaded pin configuration is more suitable for applications that require quick and repeated connection and disconnection. However, not recommended para permanent or long-term facilities.

Precautions for Use

• Under force (for example, slings used in a loop), the threaded pin may rotate, twist, or deform, coming loose.
• Always press the pin before each lift to ensure safety.
• Make sure that the the threads of the threaded pin are fully engaged, tightened, and in contact with the shackle body before use.

• Clamp with threaded pin tempered and annealed, high-quality carbon steel bow and alloy steel pin.
• Hot-dip galvanized manilha arch and yellow painted threaded pin (custom colors upon request).
• Meets the requirements of ASME B30.26-2004 e RR-C-271D.
• The test load is 2 times the Maximum Working Load (MWL).
• The minimum breaking load is 6 times the WLL.
