Product Description
O G80 Alloy Steel Shortening Hook Shackle Type It was designed to provide safety and durability. It has a housing in the body to prevent accidental release of the chain and does not affect the working load limit of the shortening branch, as long as the sling branch angles remain unchanged.
Made of tempered and quenched alloy steel, these hooks offer high tensile strength and excellent ductility, making them ideal for lifting and suspension applications. These hooks are tested with a proof load of 2.5 times the working load limit (WLL) to ensure superior performance. They are marked with “G80” ou “8” for easy identification and are compatible with the EN818-2 G80 chain. (WLL = Work Load Limit)
These hooks are subjected to a proof load test of 2.5 times the working load limit, with a breaking load of 4 times the working load limit.
